, Dag = Mountain ; "Zone Göl Dag" in French changed to "Zongouldak"
Göl Dag is a mountain which describes the south of Zonguldak City in
Ottoman Empire times, that Zonguldak village (town in 20th century) was
not a settlement. Now, Çaydamar ward on above picture is the south part
of Zonguldak Centrum. (Click on the picture to
